BeeAdvice | Software IT-Consultancy
Welcome to BeeAdvice. We value the security of your personal data and adhere strictly to the rules of the applicable data protection laws. Personal data is only collected in the bare minimum on this website. In no case will the data collected be sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties, unless you expressly consent.
With the following data policy, we hope to inform you about which types of your personal data (also referred to as "data") we process and for what purposes and in what quantities. The data protection policy applies to all personal data processing activities carried out by us, both in the course of providing our services and specifically on our websites, mobile applications, and within external online presences such as our social media profiles.
The terms used are not gender specific.
During the course of our processing of personal data, the data may be transferred to or disclosed to other bodies, companies, legally independent organizational units, or individuals. Data recipients may include, for example, service providers tasked with IT tasks or providers of services and content integrated into a website. In such cases, we follow the law and, in particular, enter into appropriate contracts or agreements with the recipients of your data to protect your data.
When contacting us (for example, via contact form, e-mail, phone, or social media), as well as in the context of existing user and business relationships, the inquiring persons' information is processed to the extent necessary to respond to the contact requests and any requested measures. In this context, we process contact data (e-mail addresses, phone numbers), content data (e.g., online form entries), usage data (e.g., websites visited, content interest, access times), and metadata (e.g. device information, IP addresses).
In addition, we use Google Analytics to evaluate the visitor flows of our online offering. This web analysis (also known as "reach measurement") may include pseudonymous values for visitor behavior, interests, or demographic information such as age or gender. We can use reach analysis to determine when our online offer, its functions, or content are most frequently used or invite re-use. Similarly, we can determine which areas require improvement. Profiles, i.e. data summarized for a usage process, can be created for these purposes, and information can be stored in a browser or a terminal device and read from it, unless otherwise stated below. The information gathered includes, in particular, websites visited and elements used on those websites, as well as technical information such as the browser used, the computer system used, and usage times. Location data may be processed if users have agreed to us or the providers of the services we use collecting their location data.
We will delete the data we process in accordance with the law as soon as their processing consents are revoked or other permissions cease to apply (e.g. if the purpose of processing this data has ceased to apply or it is not required for the purpose). If the data are not deleted because they are needed for other, legally permissible purposes, their processing will be restricted to these. That is, the data is restricted and cannot be used for any other purpose. This includes data that must be kept for commercial or tax reasons, or data that must be kept in order to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person.
We ask that you read our privacy statement on a regular basis. We update the data protection declaration whenever changes in the data processing we perform necessitate it. We will notify you as soon as the changes necessitate an act of cooperation on your part (e.g., consent) or other individual notification. If we provide addresses and contact information for companies and organizations in this privacy statement, please keep in mind that the addresses may change over time, and please double-check the information before contacting us.
