Profiles, i.e. data summarized for a usage process, can be created for these purposes, and information can be stored in a browser or a terminal device and read from it, unless otherwise stated below. The information gathered includes, in particular, websites visited and elements used on those websites, as well as technical information such as the browser used, the computer system used, and usage times. Location data may be processed if users have agreed to us or the providers of the services we use collecting their location data.

We will delete the data we process in accordance with the law as soon as their processing consents are revoked or other permissions cease to apply (e.g. if the purpose of processing this data has ceased to apply or it is not required for the purpose). If the data are not deleted because they are needed for other, legally permissible purposes, their processing will be restricted to these. That is, the data is restricted and cannot be used for any other purpose. This includes data that must be kept for commercial or tax reasons, or data that must be kept in order to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person.
